Eureka Travel Turkey - Cancellation Policy
In order to maintain the top-notch customer service to our beloved guests with our experienced tour guides, best hotels, tailor-made tours and guaranteed departures, cancellations and amendments shall be subject to extra fees.
Cancellation and amendment policies encompass all group and private tours arranged and booked via info@eurekatravelturkey.com or Trio Travel Saglik Ltd. Şti. It covers both per person and per tour arrangements.
Package Tours & Activities
Cancellation requests made more than 5 days prior to full package tour beginning date are fully refundable.
Cancellation requests made within 5 days prior to full package tour beginning date are non-refundable.
3rd Party Involvements
If the tour program activities need 3rd party services which the company already purchased, (Example: Flight Tickets, booked hotel rooms, booked balloon etc.), then in case of cancellation requests, these costs will be treated as non-refundable or partially-refundable in line with 3rd party service provider’s cancellation policy.
Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes.
Yacht Tour Reservations
After the confirmation of the tour and once deposit received, clients cannot claim any refund for the Yacht Tours in case of cancellation and rescheduling requests.
Changing Tours & Activities Date and Time
In the event of changing regular tours & activities to an earlier date or to a later date, the company can help the guests based on price change and availability.

If there is no availability, then the payment made by the customers will not be refunded.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
Late arrivals and no shows are non-refundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive, or arrives after tour departure.
Changes to this Policy
From time to time, the terms of this policy may change at the Company’s discretion. In the event of such changes, the new policy will apply for all tours booked after the date and time of the policy change.
