General Information
The Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“DP Law”) grants personal data subjects the right to be informed about their personal data, to access such data, to learn whether their data is used in line with its intended purposes, and to request the correction or deletion of their data, among other requests.
According to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the DP Law, applications regarding these rights to the data controller, Trio Travel Turizm Sağlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“the Company”), must be submitted in writing via this Personal Data Subject Application Form or through other methods determined by the Data Protection Board (“the Board”).
In this context, applications made to our Company “in writing” must be submitted along with a document verifying identity, by filling out this Application Form completely and submitting a printed copy of it:
- Directly by the Applicant in person,
- Through a notary public,
- Signed by the Applicant with a “secure electronic signature” as defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sent to our Company’s registered email address.

Response Procedure and Time for the Application
In accordance with Article 13 of the DP Law, our Company will conclude the application requests made by personal data subjects free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged based on the tariff determined by the DP Board.
Our Company may accept the application or reject it by explaining the reason, and notify the response to the concerned person in writing or electronically. The application of the personal data subject can be rejected for reasons such as impeding the rights and freedoms of others, requiring disproportionate effort, the information being publicly available, endangering the privacy of others, or being in one of the situations excluded under Article 28 of the DP Law.
