Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for services provided by Universal Travel Turizm Sağlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Eureka Travel).

Guest Cancellation

Cancellation conditions depend on the cancellation timing:

  • More than 1 week before the service date:
    Full refund of the amount paid.

  • Between 7 and 3 days before the service date:
    Partial refund may be issued depending on operational commitments and third-party service costs.

  • Less than 72 hours before the service date or no-show:
    No refund applies.

Administrative and payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

If a deposit has been paid at the time of booking confirmation, the deposit amount is non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date. The remaining balance, if applicable, will be evaluated according to the cancellation timeline stated above.

Operator Cancellation

If the service must be canceled by Eureka Travel due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:

  • An alternative date, or

  • A comparable alternative service, or

  • A full refund if no suitable alternative is accepted.

Weather Conditions

For yacht cruises and outdoor services, severe weather conditions that may affect safety can require cancellation or rescheduling.

In such cases:

  • The service may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date, or

  • A full refund will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.

Light rain, normal wind conditions, or seasonal weather variations are not considered grounds for cancellation unless safety authorities restrict operations.

Late Arrival or Early Termination

If the guest arrives late or requests early termination of the service after the scheduled start time, the unused portion of the service is non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method and typically completed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking procedures.

Force Majeure

In cases of events beyond the control of the parties, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation shutdowns, or other force majeure situations, the parties may mutually agree on rescheduling or refund terms in accordance with operational feasibility.
