Kuruçeşme Pier is the most convenient free boarding point for guests staying around Bebek, Beşiktaş, Ortaköy, Levent, Maslak, Etiler, Maçka, and Nişantaşı.
Its central Bosphorus location makes it ideal for sunset cruises and short-to-medium yacht routes.
Eminönü Pier is a practical free option for guests staying in Sultanahmet, Sirkeci, Eminönü, Beyazıt, and the Grand Bazaar area.
It’s also convenient for visitors combining a private yacht tour with historical sightseeing along the Golden Horn and Bosphorus entrance.
Karaköy Pier is suitable for guests staying around Karaköy, Galata, Galataport, Tophane, and Karaköy Port area.
Its location near restaurants, cafés, and cruise terminals makes it a popular choice for guests arriving from Galataport or staying in nearby boutique hotels.
Free boarding is available* at these Luxury Hotels along the Bosphorus; Four Seasons Bosphorus, Çırağan Palace Kempinski, The Peninsula Hotel, Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Sumahan Hotel.
Important Note! To use these hotel piers, you must be a registered hotel guest or have a valid hotel/restaurant reservation. Otherwise, extra docking fees may apply or the venue may refuse boarding (outside our control), which can reduce your cruise time
Shangri-La Hotel: Unfortunately Shangri-La Hotel doesn’t have a private pier. We recommend to use Kabataş ( Free ) or Beşiktaş Pier ( Extra Fee ) for boarding.

A paid pier fee is charged per approach, each time we come in to pick up or drop off.
Example: If you board at Beşiktaş and later disembark at Beşiktaş, that’s two approaches → €100 total (€50 × 2).

If your cruise ship is at Galataport, we suggest Karaköy Pier*(Free). Istanbul Cruise Terminal or Kabataş are also available with a fee.
*We will send you the location of our free pier location after your reservation is confirmed. If you chose Karaköy City Line’s Pier (municipality ferries) , fee will apply.
