There is no better way to start a day in Istanbul than a rich Turkish breakfast served on the deck of a private yacht.
Content: Freshly baked bread and simit (Turkish bagel), variety of cheeses (Feta, Cheddar, Cecil), green and black olives, honey and clotted cream (kaymak), strawberry and apricot jams, butter, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, seasonal fruits, boiled eggs or menemen (upon request).
Beverages: Unlimited brewed Turkish tea, coffee, and water.
Perfect for guests who want to socialize and enjoy the view with a drink in hand without a sit-down meal.
Cold Canapés: Smoked salmon on crackers, cheese balls with herbs, mini bruschettas with tomato and basil, stuffed vine leaves (dolma), haydari (yogurt dip) cups.
Hot Snacks: Mini meatballs, spring rolls (sigara böreği), chicken skewers with soy sauce, mini sausages.
Beverages: Unlimited soft drinks (Alcoholic packages available upon request).

Our lunch and dinner menus are served as a full course meal. All options below include the standard starter pack.

Cold Mezes: Haydari (Garlic yogurt), Spicy paste (Acılı ezme), Eggplant salad, American salad, Feta cheese, Stuffed vine leaves, Fresh seasonal salad.
Hot Starters: Paçanga pastry or Spring rolls.
Option A: Grilled Meatball & Chicken Menu
Main Course: Grilled butcher meatballs (Köfte) and marinated chicken skewers served with rice and roasted peppers.
Dessert: Seasonal fresh fruits or Baklava.
Option B: Fresh Fish Menu (Seasonal)
Main Course: Grilled Sea Bass (Levrek) or Sea Bream (Çipura) served with arugula, lemon, and roasted potatoes.
Dessert: Seasonal fresh fruits or Baklava.
Option C: Vegetarian / Vegan Menu
Main Course: Vegetable casserole (Güveç) or Grilled vegetable platter with olive oil dishes.
Dessert: Seasonal fresh fruits.
Soft Drinks: Unlimited Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Fruit Juices, Tea, Coffee, Water. (Usually included in meal prices).
Alcoholic Beverages: We can arrange local wines, beers, and spirits upon request. You are also welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages on board without a corkage fee.
